Terms of Use
These terms apply to the current public Opnmark website and its illustrative product preview. The repository does not yet contain a user account system or an operational application-intelligence service.
This is a working private-beta document, not an attorney-reviewed public-launch agreement. Separate or revised terms will apply before users can submit application materials or use an operational beta.
1. Public-site use
You may use this website to learn about Opnmark and contact the project about beta access. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods that materially degrade its operation, or use the Opnmark name or presentation in a misleading manner.
2. Product preview
Product screens, sample listings, match scores, recommendations, workflow descriptions, and interface examples are illustrative. They may not represent currently available functionality and may change before or during a private beta.
3. Informational guidance
Job-fit analysis, résumé recommendations, suggested language, salary information, company information, and application guidance are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing every statement, confirming its accuracy, and ensuring that materials submitted to an employer truthfully represent your experience.
4. No hiring outcome
Opnmark does not guarantee interviews, employment offers, compensation, placement, career advancement, or any other hiring outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers and may depend on information and circumstances beyond Opnmark’s knowledge or control.
5. Third-party information
Job listings, employer information, compensation ranges, trademarks, logos, and other externally sourced information may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or removed without notice. References to companies, products, or opportunities do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
6. Intellectual property
The Opnmark name, visual identity, site design, and original site content are owned by Opnmark or its contributors, subject to any rights held by third parties in referenced names, trademarks, and illustrative content. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit Opnmark materials.
7. Beta availability
Opnmark is under active development. Any private or limited beta may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or changes without prior notice. Availability may be limited, suspended, or discontinued. Operational beta terms will describe any additional eligibility, account, payment, acceptable-use, or service conditions.
