Private beta draft
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the public Opnmark website as it exists today. The repository does not yet contain a résumé-upload workflow, user accounts, application processing, or the production infrastructure for the private beta.
This is a working private-beta policy, not an attorney-reviewed public-launch policy. It will be revised before Opnmark accepts personal application materials.
1. Current website scope
The current Opnmark website is a static product preview. It presents illustrative product screens and provides email links for beta interest and general inquiries. It does not currently provide a form, account, or endpoint for uploading résumés, cover letters, job listings, portfolio information, notes, or other application materials.
2. Information received
When you visit the site, hosting and font-delivery providers may receive standard request metadata such as your IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, and timestamp. The current public-site implementation contains no advertising, behavioral profiling, or product analytics script.
If you choose an email link, your message and email address are processed by your email provider and the providers used to receive or forward Opnmark email. Do not send sensitive application materials by email unless Opnmark has specifically asked you to do so and provided appropriate instructions.
3. Résumés and application materials
No résumé or application-material upload flow exists in the current public implementation. Opnmark therefore does not presently store, analyze, sell, advertise against, or use for model training application materials submitted through this website, because the site cannot receive them.
The private beta’s retention periods, deletion controls, storage practices, artificial intelligence providers, and provider model-training terms cannot be verified from this repository. Opnmark does not yet claim that future uploads will be deleted immediately, never retained, encrypted, anonymous, or excluded from provider training. Those practices will be documented before an upload workflow opens.
4. Service providers
Opnmark uses third-party hosting, domain, email-forwarding, and font-delivery infrastructure for the current public site. These providers process limited technical information as necessary to deliver their services. Production beta providers for storage, analytics, security, or artificial intelligence processing have not been established in this repository and will be identified in an updated policy before they receive application materials.
5. Your choices
You may browse the public site without submitting application materials. You may also choose not to use the email links. Once a beta includes accounts, saved materials, or uploads, this section will describe access, correction, download, retention, and deletion controls available to users.
6. Contact
Questions about this working policy may be sent to hello@opnmark.com. Email is not a secure channel for sending résumés or other sensitive application materials.
7. Changes
Opnmark is under active development. Material changes affecting how personal information is collected, used, retained, or shared will be reflected here before the relevant functionality becomes available. The date at the top of this page will change when this policy is updated.
